Since 1998 he participated in many competitions ( “Massimo Urbani” Prize, International Contest “W il jazz”) and specialization courses (Accademia Romana di Musica, Terni in Jazz, Umbria Jazz Clinics 1998/2001); and he attended seminars with musicians such as Giovanni Tommaso, Danilo Rea, Ramberto Ciammarughi, Enzo Pietropaoli, Fabio Zeppetella, Fabrizio Sferra, Daniele Scannapieco, Roberto Gatto, Dado Moroni, Salvatore Bonafede, Marco Tamburini, Jim Snidero and, in 2001, with the saxophone player George Garzone.
In the same year he participated in the Umbria Jazz summer seminars, winning a scholarship awarded by Berklee College of Boston. During the years he performed in various ensembles with whom he participated in festivals and shows (“Jazz Soul Taranto&Blues”, “Lanternanotte”, “Enojazzfestival”, “Jazz in Puglia” (2006 and 2009), “Foggia Jazz Festival”, “Mar del Jazz”, “Suonincava 2008”, “Locomotive Jazz Festival”, “SALICE Jazz&Wine Festival”) and collaborated with musicians such as Fabrizio Bosso, Paolo Di Sabatino, Ettore Fioravanti, Bebo Ferra, Paolo Fresu, Tom Kennedy, Ralph Alessi, Gegè Telesforo, Mario Rosini, Roy Paci, Fabio Morgera, Max Ionata, Kelly Joyce, Anne Ducros, Jazz Studio Orchestra, Vince Mendoza; as an orchestra player he participated in RAI television programs, thanks to which he accompanied artists such as Cecilia Gasdia, Lucio Dalla, Antonella Ruggiero, Pooh, Renzo Arbore, Christian De Sica, Alexia, Eugenio Bennato, Paolo Belli.
In 2008 (insert of “Musica Jazz-January 2008”) he was inserted in the TOP JAZZ 2007 chart, category: Instrumentalist of the Year-Ance and in 2010 (insert of “Musica Jazz-January 2010”) in the TOP JAZZ 2009 chart, category: BEST NEW TALENT. From November 2012 to June 2013 he cooperated with M° Angelo Nigro in the radio program “Per favore, parlate al conducente”, hosted by Flavio Insinna and broadcasted on RADIO2.
