Roberto Semeraro

He was born in Cisternino (BR) in 1990 and from 2011 he began composing works of Electronic Music which he released in 2012 with the renowned American label Further Records.

He graduated in Communication Sciences in Bari. Subsequently he moved to Rome to undertake the studies of Electronic Music at Saint Louis College of Music, graduating in 2017 with a research thesis on the Phonology Studio of Milan. During this period he alternated his studies and research with production and performances, in fact he performed in Italy at the Teatro delle Tosse in Genoa, in Holland at the Incubate Festival, at the international in Paris and at the Le Périscope theater in Lyon.

He publishes his productions for the house division of the historic Belgian R&S Records and for the Dutch label New York Haunted.

In 2018 he was selected by Andrea Benedetti for his Futureshock radio program dedicated to young electronic music talents. During the summer of 2019 he is called for an artistic residence at the Topolò festival (UD).

He is currently performing in Rome for the AMEN organization of which he is resident and in November he publishes the EP ‘Obsessions’ for a Milanese label ‘Survive ltd’ in a limited edition of 250 vinyls, presenting it live in the Roman club Cieloterra.
