From February 13th to 18th, the Open Day becomes a… Open Week! A week at Saint Louis, to get to know the courses offered by the first private institution in Italy authorized by the Italian Ministry of Education to issue I and II cycle Academic qualifications in Jazz and Popular Music, Songwriting, Applied Music, Electronic Music, Sound Engineering, Composition and film scoring, Jazz composition and arrangement.

During the days dedicated to the Open Day it will be possible to participate for free in orientation meetings, workshops, demonstration performances of singing, instrument, electronic music, sound technician, composition, songwriting and test one’s level of preparation regarding singing and instrument, receiving advice and indications on the work to be done in view of the admission tests to the courses of the next academic year 2021/22.

The coordinators of the Departments and the staff of the Saint Louis will be available for orientation activities and information relating to the wide training offer, guiding the discovery of the structure, the numerous artistic activities and possible work and professional opportunities, while the managers of the International Office will illustrate the possibilities of training abroad both in Erasmus+ and with training internships.

The events will take place both in presence, at the Saint Louis premises, and via web meeting.

The Open Week opens on Saturday 13 February with orientation meetings, in the Web Meeting version, dedicated to the various Departments: Jazz & Popular Music, Songwriting, Applied Music, Electronic Music, Sound Engineer, Composition and film music.

From 15 to 18 February, it will be possible to participate, in presence and by reservation only, in all the events scheduled on site (full program available soon), according to the following calendar:

Tuesday 16 February – Rock-blues guitar, Jazz guitar

Wednesday 17 February – Bass, Drums, Pop Vocals, Piano & Keyboards

Thursday 18 February – Jazz Vocals, Jazz Piano, Music applied to images

To participate in workshops and interviews planned on site, however, the places available are limited. We therefore recommend that you book as soon as possible and wait for an email confirming the appointment on site from the teaching secretariat.
