Under the supervision of Claudio Mastracci, Daniele Chiantese has studied at Saint Louis College Of Music in Rome, where he also earned his professional diploma in Midi, Sound
Engineering and Hard Disk Recording. He has received lessons from Maurizio De Lazzaretti, Pietro Iodice, Maurizio Boco, Gianni Oddi, Daniele Di Gregorio and Giorgio Gaslini.
He is currently a teacher at Saint Louis College Of Music in Jazz Drum, Pop Rock Drum, Multi-Style Drum courses, as well Rock/Blues Drum Impro and Modern Session Drumming.

Daniele has played in many of the most famous italian festivals such as: Time In Jazz, Premio Recanati, Umbria Jazz, Pomigliano Jazz, Udine Jazz, Liri Blues, Spoleto Musica, Villa Ada Incontra Il Mondo, Eddie Lang Jazz Festival, Maggio Fiorentino, Festival Internazionale Della Creatività, Blues In Town, Tropea Blues, Folkhest,Mediterraneo Festival,Materadio (Radio Tre),Ameno Blues and many more.
He has recorded soundtracks for Rai TV and Rai Fiction and taken part in numerous television and radio broadcast such as: Radio Tre Suite,TG2 Costume e Società, Mizar, Domenica In, Cuccioli, Sereno Variabile, Radio1 Concerti Del Quirinale, La Befana Di Rai Uno.
In 2013 he recorded more than 300 „Tracks“ for Rai TV, arranged and directed by Lino Cannavacciuolo for Pepito productions and published by Rai Trade.

From 2001 to 2007 he has endorsed prominent brands including Tamburo, Anatolian, Gibraltar, Toca, Mackie, Audio Tecnica.
During this period of time he has worked not only as a product and marketing consultant, but he has also led demonstrations and educational clinics. He can boast more than 100 clinics in Germany, 6 consecutive appearances at Frankfurt Musikmesse as demonstrator and performer at Main Stage. In 2005 and 2006 he performed at two clinic tours in Austria and at Reed Musik Messe, the most famous festival in the musical field and at the three drum-camp edition of Muziczna Owczarnia in Poland as well numerous clinics by local dealers.
As a demonstrator and product specialist, Daniele took part in the 2006 edition of the Event Salon De La Musique in Paris.
In 2006 and 2007 he played at Le Bag’Show, a drum festival run by the French company “La Baguetterie”, during which live DVDs of concerts have been recorded and published as well handed out by the specialised magazine Batteur. He performed also at Interdrum Festival in Holland.
In addition to the work at the international clinics, he has also performed at the same time demonstrations and clinics for the greater Italian dealers and he has taken part in festivals in the music field as well national and international drumfestival such as: London Drummer Live,Musik Produktiv, Disma Music Show, European Bass Day, Rome Bass Day, Sound Expo, Sib,Sol Music,La Cicala Open Day,Batterika,Elettrika.
From 2007 to 2011 Daniele was appointed endorser of Sonor Drums and Ufip and in light of this, he played at 2010 Baterika’s edition, also recording a live DVD there.
Since 2010 he has been endorser of Yamaha Dtx Drums. He has been involved in communication, clinic and demo activities for the greater local dealers, taking part in the edition 2011 and 2012 Batterika in Rom.
Since 2012 he has been an official endorser of the brand Yamaha Acoustic Drums, whereas at present he is an international endorser of Yamaha Drums,Yamaha Dtx and Zildjian Cymbals.
Daniele was interviewed and reviewed by many of European press in the field of music, including: Drum Club, Percussioni, Axe, Chitarre, StrumentiMusicali, Sound&Light, Backline, Drummer, Sticks, Drum-Head, Drums&Precussion, Soundcheck,Batteur, Perqsja, Drumset Mag.
In addition, he is active in educational and social matters and in 2006 received the award «Music for Children» conferred on him by Amref International and the Piedmont Region.
