He began his studies under the guidance of Horacio “el negro” Hernandez. He then undertook classical studies to graduate with honors at the Conservatory of Music of L’Aquila under the guidance of Maestro Gianluca Ruggeri. He then went on to do seminars including 2 seminars (1995-1996) of contemporary music interpretation at the “Montepulciano International Art Workshop”, 2 seminars of interpretation and improvisation for Vibraphone and Marimba with Prof. David Friedman, and 1 improvisation seminar with Danilo Rea and Maurizio Giammarco.
He perfected the Vibraphone with Andrea Dulbecco and David Friedman in Berlin and Piano with Massimo Fedeli. From March 2000, he worked with Ennio Morricone at the Roma Symphony. Since 2001, he worked with Luigi Cinque and THO and in 2005, he has collaborated with PMJO (Jazz Music Orchestra Park), under the direction of Maurizio Giammarco.
